Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase or prior to completing 25% of any course, whichever occurs first. Requests outside of these conditions are not eligible for a refund.
Course Access and Expiration
Courses are available for a limited access period from the date of purchase. The expiration date is displayed on your learning management system dashboard. You are responsible for monitoring your course progress and expiration timelines.
Extensions and Reactivation
After the expiration period, you may request an extension or reactivation for an additional fee. Course access may not be extended beyond 18 months from the original purchase date. You also have the option to re-enroll in a course upon expiration.
